A large restaurant chain was experiencing slow online sales growth and uncertainty about which factors could be affecting their online presence.


Through one of our key partners: necst – we performed a category diagnostic analysis and developed a detailed category management plan, which led to an immediate analysis in key categories that had stalled and affected their online presence. We knew that improving their brand perception was vital to generating new leads and improving their reputation. Our digital experts provided a custom assessment showing the social listening how was affecting by not replying on time.


Within 9-12 months of our suggestions, we were able to improve not only their online reputation but also their offline by following the same suggestions.  They even achieved a better customer service resulting in more sales.
