We were approach by the unique Beef Inspection company exclusively in Uruguay with the challenge of growing their network of Beef Inspectors and demonstrate the value added for the customers.

Solution

One of our executive members has extense experience in the meat market and helping companies to expand their business internationally. We design a strategy not only of WOM (word-of-mouth) but also through our partner (necst grow your business) in order to build a marketing campaign with the latest technology tools. Working with them and in conjunction with our other BI (Business Intelligence) specialists we were able to analyze all the Big Data and display it in a friendly way so new inspectors could jump on-board right away to the unique platform of inspection. The service is so unique and at a very competitive price.

Results

Within 8-9 months of launching their new website, we¬†were able to promote the platform placing them in the top 5 Beef Inspection companies in Uruguay. Their market resulted in hundreds of new applicants for doing the inspections. Overall new traffic and engagement improved significantly as their competition weren’t able to beat their price and value added service.
